National Exercise & Sports Trainers Association (NESTA USA)

Certified Battling Ropes Coach

2017 July 26

Another peak I conquered this summer: I successfully passed exams at the same “National Exercise & Sports Trainers Association” and got the qualification of “CERTIFIED BATTLING ROPES COACH”.

Well, this may sound a little unclear at first but let me assure you that it is a new exciting training system based on the usage of those well known from school sport classes ropes; it is so universal that can be easily incorporated into any functional workout program for both amateur and professional athletes. I have discovered a lot of new and interesting while exploring this new field of fitness.

Probably, the most interesting of my experiences for the last few years.:) The decision to attend the course was quite spontaneous, which is usually against my personality. Nevertheless, having passed quite a serious and hard exam, I, with God’s help, got the qualification.

Thanks to new technologies, I was able to get qualified as Advanced Qualification Specialist by the oldest Bodybuilding and Fitness Federation, which is Alma Mater of such athletes as Arnold Swarzenegger, Franco Columbu, Frank Zain, Lu Ferigno …- the list can last forever as they were coached by the founder of the organization – legendary Joe Wider. Well, after completion the course in the English language, I passed a 1.5 hour online exam containing 80 questions.

2nd dan in KARATE-DO

1999 October 15

Well, sometimes you want to say with a light harsh in voice while looking thoughtfully at the sky: “ It was once upon a time…”

But it was really very long ago and many of my readers, due to a young age, can hardly remember “mad 90-s”.  For me, it was the time of martial arts. From 1989 to 2000 I crazily exercised and coached. As a result, in 1996 I was awarded the 1st dan by a Japanese commission, and in 1999 I got 2nd dan. Then, I switched to other kinds of martial arts, however, this is a different story.
